On January 24, 2024, Zhao Junling, member of the Standing Committee of the Bayannur Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Linhe District Party Committee, and An Wenzhe, Deputy Secretary of the Linhe District Party Committee and Government District Mayor, presented the "Linhe District Honorary Citizen" medal and certificate of honor to Tsoi Hoi Shan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Laboratories, in recognition of his outstanding contributions in social undertakings.
